Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, while on the day of check-out, guests must vacate their rooms by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out options can only be considered on the day of arrival.

  • Can I leave my bags before check-in?

    Yes, if your room isn't ready upon your arrival, you can contact us to leave your luggage at the property.

  • Where can I park my car?

    You can park your car directly in the public street parking lots (blue lines, paid) or use the paid underground parking lots in the immediate vicinity, "FS Park" or "Parcheggio Aci." The property does not have a garage or parking space.

  • Is it possible to obtain a receipt for payment for the stay?

    Under Italian law, individuals who rent a property for short periods are not required to register for VAT. Therefore, we cannot issue a tax receipt. However, we can issue a non-tax receipt that includes your company information and VAT number.

  • Does the property have a kitchen?

    Inside the room, you'll find a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a small minibar. We don't have a stovetop or microwave. However, there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area that are open 24/7.
